The Queen of all media posted, "Thank you Judge Sulit, Attorney Sig Fortun & Attorney Lorna Kapunan for the patience and guidance to help James & I reach a long term agreement regarding Bimby's custody/visitation."

Though the custody battle had been long and tough, Kris said that they have already settled it which would be beneficial for their son. "It was a nearly 4 year journey that needed mutual healing, acceptance, and maturity. At the end of the day as parents we want Bimb to grow up feeling loved & secure,” she stated.

Kris added, "James & I as a couple weren't blessed w/ a happy ending but through God's grace we have been given a chance to have an ‘And They Lived Happily Ever After’. #peaceful #grateful #happy.”

Netizens have expressed their joy over Kris’ good news.

"Awwww i still love looking at you both together.  may you both be blessed with God's graces esp. your son Bimby/Baby James. loveyou ms. @krisaquino214 !!!!" @kmfarinas posted.

Kris and James were both embroiled in a custody battle since their split in 2010. Both had a former agreement with regards to the custody and visitation of Bimby on July of 2013.

Both made headlines again on January of this year after James made allegations that he was not able to visit Bimby for five months. Kris denied the allegations.

The controversial ex-couple made peace with each other last month after Kris greeted James on his birthday. James spent his birthday last February with Bimby and Kris’ eldest son Josh.
