He added that he’s happy that the soap has left its mark on the viewers who have supported it throughout its seven-month run. “Tapos masaya po ako sa naging show po namin dahil kahit magtatapos na po at malapit na ang katapusan, napansin ko po na tumatak po sa tao ‘yung palabas at medyo napiga po ako ni direk Cathy Garcia-Molina dito sa show,” he said.
Despite many fans requesting to extend the show, Daniel stated that he’s now ready to move forward and take on a new role. “Bago naman po kasi okay na po tayo sa Got To Believe eh. Kumbaga napasaya na po tayo ng show at mas masarap ‘yung iba naman ‘yung tatahakin natin at para ibang experience naman po,” he stated.
With his onscreen partnership with Kathryn Bernardo going stronger than ever, is it the same in real life? Are they now a couple? “Hindi pa pwede,” Daniel replied, saying that Kathryn is not yet at the right age to commit to a relationship. “Magde-debut pa eh, hindi pa pwede,” he said. Daniel relayed that they are still on “M.U.” status. “Same-same pa rin,” he said.
