Douglas Dagal and Vanessa Monot both enjoyed their performance of the song “As.” Coach Bamboo commended Vanessa’s stage presence, but all three coaches went unanimously for Douglas. Coach Sarah felt the same and thought Douglas was the more consistent and soulful performer of the night.
Thara Jordana battled with Jem Cubil with the song “No Air.” The coaches noted the tandem’s sizzling connection on stage. They also praised Thara for singing the song emotionally. However, it was Jem who technically sang the song better than Thara and Coach Lea had to pick him.
Coach Lea chose crooners Emil Sinagpulo and Mic Llave to go head to head with the song “More Than Words.” Coach Bamboo said Mic was more effortless in his singing. Coach Lea seemed to feel the same because Coach Lea went for Mic.
