Kris Aquino on love life: ‘It’s not time’
110414-kris_main.jpgKris Aquino said that she has no time to engage in a relationship since her schedule is jam-packed currently with hosting, shooting a new movie, and managing a business. She added that privacy might become an issue if she will have a partner. “Siguro kasi it's not time kasi hindi siya nagwo-work. Hindi siya magwo-work with a schedule like this. Secondly who wants a girlfriend who has all these followers on Instagram? Kailangan kasi di ba for people to allow you into their lives and into their homes you have to allow them into your life,” she said.

When asked if someone is courting her, she commented, “Nobody worth mentioning.” But the Queen of All Media stressed that once she fulfills her financial goals, she will give time for love. “Meron akong figure na sinet, pagna-ipon ko na ‘to I can retire and by retiring I don’t mean I'm not going to work but I can have a private life, konti na lang maabot na siya so malapit na siya.”

Does this mean that she will be retiring soon? “I clarified it with my sister when we were in Japan because we took a five hour road trip so napag-usapan namin sabi ko, ‘I want an option to be able to walk away while on top.’

The Aquino and Abunda host is currently busy shooting for her Metro Manila Film Festival movie Feng Shui 2. Kris shared that they are now rushing to shoot the scenes because they were not able to work for the past couple of weeks. “The reason behind our delays was compassion naman for what Cherry Pie (Picache) went through.
