Is Isabelle Daza open to hosting ‘It’s Showtime’?
112514-belle_main.jpgIsabelle Daza signed an exclusive contract with ABS-CBN on Monday, November 24, 2014. Though she is excited to be part of the Kapamilya network, Isabelle said that it was also tough leaving the noontime show she was part of for quite some time.

“It was very hard for me kasi sa Eat Bulaga siyempre naging pamilya ko na rin sila, araw-araw kaming magkasama. I really made friendships there, kasama ko sila sa biyahe abroad so nong Saturday, last day ko na, it was very, very emotional lalo na kay Ryzza (Mae Dizon) kasi she's my little student but they were all very supportive, they all wished me luck and they're excited also for what's in store for me dito sa ABS-CBN,” she shared.

Is she open to hosting a noontime show again like It’s Showtime now that she’s a Kapamilya? “Well I guess hindi muna ‘yung focus ko na mag-guest sa Showtime siyempre I have to focus on my role in Nathaniel at kailangan ko rin mag-workshop ng bonggang-bongga kasi I know how talented the actors are here and how serious they are with their craft.” Isabelle is set to star in the upcoming ABS-CBN soap titled Nathaniel with Gerald Anderson and Shaina Magdayao.

She added that she wants to hone her acting skills at the moment. “I want to focus on being an actress, I want to really hone my craft at gusto ko talaga ipagbuti ‘yung pag arte ko. ‘Yung hosting nagawa ko na, na-try ko na and I had a lot of fun with that and I could always go back and try it here sa ABS-CBN pero right now I want to focus on acting and I want to be good on that,” she said.

Her Kapamilya friends Anne Curtis and Iza Calzado gave her some advice about moving to the Kapamilya network. “Ang dami nilang advice at ang dami nilang sinabi sa akin. It encouraged me at it also made me nervous but I'm really excited about the challenge,” she stated.

The actress-model relayed that she always wanted to work with Gerald Anderson. She said that she is open to working with any actor in ABS-CBN. “Si Gerald talaga ang pinakagusto kong makatrabaho kasi nakita ko siya sa OTJ (On The Job) and I saw kung gaano siya nag-grow as an actor and I was really impressed so siya talaga ‘yung number one, that’s why I was so excited to work with him. Next si John Lloyd (Cruz) siyempre pero marami kayong mga leading men to choose from so it's like a buffet,” he stated.

With many celebrities tying the knot this year, is there any plan to settle down any time soon? “No, I’m still young parang uso ngayon magpakasal pero I think I’m just focus now on my career, ako I want to do that first and I want to accomplish a lot of things in my career muna,” she commented.
