Confirming recent online reports claiming that Pinoy Fear Factor grand winner Jommy Teotico had been arrested was a San Pedro Laguna police representative who even said that he is currently facing charges for the violation of Republic Act 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act.

In a report on the Sunday episode of The Buzz, San Pedro Laguna Police Station’s police sub inspector Antonio Gutierrez confirmed that Jommy is detained in their station.

Teotico and the former Pinoy Big Brother Teen Edition contestant are apparently live-in partners and it was the latter’s mother who even allowed the police to enter the home.

Teotico, according to The Buzz report, refused to face the camera, as well as Obispo’s family. But he assured that he would grant an interview soon as he gets out of prison.

Meanwhile, report has it that the preliminary interview for his case will be happening on Tuesday, November 4.
