Matteo Guidicelli says his parents approve of Sarah Geronimo

111814-mattmatt_main.jpgMatteo Guidicelli is currently busy shooting Shake, Rattle, and Roll 15. “Showing pa ang Moron 5.2: The Transformation natin and sa December 25 yata ‘yung MMFF (Metro Manila Film Festival) ‘yung Shake, Rattle, and Roll 15.” Aside from being busy with the film festival’s activities this holiday season, Matteo shared that he will be heading to Cebu to spend time with his family. “Christmas… so far nasa Cebu kami at ‘yung parade namin sa MMFF ‘yun pa lang.”

When asked if he is planning to bring his girlfriend Sarah Geronimo to Cebu, Matteo commented, “Okay naman lahat, tingnan natin kung anong mangyayari sa Christmas.” Matteo shared that Sarah and his parents have already met. “They know each other na, okay naman lahat. masaya naman.” Like in his previous interviews, Matteo admitted that his parents like Sarah. “Mabait na tao siya eh, she’s a very nice person and parents know best on what's good for me so okay naman lahat, masaya naman,” he said.

The actor was also asked about his reaction to the rumors that the parents of Sarah are too strict. “Next time ko na sagutin, sasagutin din kita kuya,” he commented in reference to the interviewer. He shared that his parents have already met Sarah’s parents. “Yeah they’ve bumped into each other a few times,” he shared. He also commented on the issue that Sarah is always accompanied by her parents even on their dates. Matteo clarified that he gets to go on dates with Sarah alone. “Siyempre girlfriend ko ‘yan, solo ko ‘yan.” he said.

On how he maintains his relationship with Sarah firm, he shared, “My ways naman, kumbaga if you love something, if you love somebody, you’ll do everything it takes to protect it and to take good care of it.”
