
Rachelle couldn’t help but gush over the experience that she posted a memorable moment of them together onstage on her Instagram account recently.
The 28-year-old actress didn’t mask her awe of the moment and even called it “phenomenal.”
“I am still overwhelmed! Last night was just phenomenal. I still could not believe I was part of the 25th anniversary of Miss Saigon. God is amazing! Thank You. To Ms. Lea Salonga who asked me 2 years ago if I was going to audition for Miss Saigon, salamat po,” she wrote.
She continued, “I didn't imagine we are going to share a West End stage. Haaay... You are an inspiration. I will forever be grateful to all the people who helped me reach my dreams. Yes, dreams do come true.”
The Voice of the Philippines coach, along with the other original stars of the musical Simon Bowman and Jonathan Pryce, reprised their roles for the special performance held at the Prince Edward Theater on September 22.
They joined the current stars of the West End revival namely Filipino-American teenager Eva Noblezada, Alistair Brammer, Jon Jon Briones and Rachelle Ann-- for a grand finale that had the audience cheering and applauding throughout.
