Rapper Abra on collaborating with Maja Salvador: ‘Nakakatuwa at nakaka-excite’

101714-abra_main.jpgAfter recently doing a music video with Maja Salvador, rapper Abra (real name Raymond Abracosa) said the experience was an unexpected but welcome one. Or one day lang ata. Nakalimutan ko eh (laughs). Parang a few days ata,” he revealed.

Abra said doing the music video with Maja for the first time was a good experience. “Siyempre nakaka-humble, nakakatuwa, at nakaka-excite.

Although he said he has yet to tour with Maja, Abra likes her style of music.

The talented rapper said he hopes to get the chance to collaborate with more talented musicians in the future. “Marami pa. Sila syempre legendary Eraserheads sana. Balang araw sana sila sir Ely Buendia o kaya si sir Raymund Marasigan sa bagong kanta. Siyempre si Bamboo, Parokya ni Edgar, sir Gloc 9 at sa underground madami rin akong gustong maka-collaboration at saka internationally, suntok sa buwan, sila Kendrick Lamar, Eminem, pero siguro ilang dekada pa yun, practice muna ako (laughs),” he said.

This year also promises to be an exciting year for Pinoy rap as Abra said more exciting things will be happening. Pag-release nun meron pang grand album launch na hindi pa namin nagagawa at marami pang collaborations with other artists,” he shared.
