Carlo Aquino juggles his time between acting and his food truck business, Big Bite Avenue. Considering his very busy schedule, he says he has four simple steps on how to handle business in spite of having other priorities.

1. Goal

“Dapat may goal ka kung anong gusto mong marating, kung anong gusto mong ma-hit,” says the award-winning actor. Goals are target marks that reflect the business’ purpose and an indication of success. Set them first.

2. Discipline

“Disiplina sa business at saka sa work mo.” Time-management and proper work ethics are key.

3. Safety

Carlo urges people to ensure everything is safe, “Safe… safety dapat”. And, that should include the business area itself, finances, and the services and products that you’re giving your consumers.

4. Focus

“Yung concentration mo sa pag-bubusiness mo at saka sa work, dapat hindi nagmemeddle sa mga personal problems mo.”

Catch Carlo Aquino as Macoy in Annaliza, weeknights before TV Patrol on ABS-CBN.
