Andi Eigenmann on making things official with Jake Ejercito: 'We're going with the flow'

<div><img src='' alt='090913-Andi_Main.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'><i>Galema</i> star Andie Eigenmann has cited her responsibilities as a young mother to her daughter Adrianna Gabrielle as one of the reasons why she and special friend Jake Ejercito cannot commit to a serious relationship just yet.</div><div><br/></div><div>“I guess for one, I’m only 23 years old and I have other responsibilities like my daughter and my work,' reasoned Andi during her live guesting on <i>The Buzz</i> on Sunday.</div><div><br/></div><div>More, she adds that Jake being based-abroad also contributes to them choosing to take things slow. The son of Manila mayor Joseph 'Erap' Estrada to former actress Laarni Enriquez is currently based in London finishing his collegiate degree.</div><div><br/></div><div>According to Andi, Jake is set to come back in the country a year or two from now soon as he finishes college. </div><div><br/></div><div>Do they make plans for the future of their relationship once he returns?</div><div><br/></div><div>Andi says they have none because they have opted to 'play it by ear, [and they are] going with the flow.' </div><div><br/></div><div>In previous reports, Andi has been consistent in saying that they are not a couple yet. However, she hasn't minced her words even once in admitting that she cares for the young Ejercito. </div><div><br/></div><div>According to her, if things are meant to be, it will eventually happen.</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Para sa akin, ayaw ko naman ipilit ang sarili ko sa mga bagay na hindi talaga puwede</i>. Maybe we are just too young. <i>Siyempre gusto namin 'yung</i> situation would be entirely perfect and w<i>ala kaming matatapakan </i>or <i>masasaktang mga tao</i>,” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>In a previous <a href='http://Push.com.ph'>Push.com.ph</a> report, Andi has turned emotional while clarifying that contrary to rumors she didn't precipitate the split of his Momzillas co-star Billy Crawford to longtime girlfriend Nikki Gil. </div><div><br/></div><div>To this, Andi explained that she became a little sensitive over the issue because she is currently at a point in her life wherein she's trying to prove things to certain people, most especially to Jake.</div><div><br/></div><div>“He’s not based here and <i>alam ko na mayroon akong dapat patunayan sa</i> certain people, especially <i>sa kanya</i>. So <i>gusto ko namang malaman niya na kahit magkalayo kami, hindi ako gagawa ng bagay para mag-</i>doubt <i>siya</i>,” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>Late last year, Andi revealed in one of the episodes of <i>The Buzz</i> that she had parted ways with the young Ejercito. Immediately after that, rumors began circulating that the reason for their split was because Jake’s father, disapproves of Andi. For his part, Mayor Erap had already denied this issue citing that his son is old enough to make decisions on his own and that he doesn’t really meddle in his son’s affairs.</div><div><br/></div>
