Jayson Gainza says that his impersonation of talk show host Boy Abunda has boosted his career.
Jayson Gainza remarked that his impersonation of popular talk show host Boy Abunda has truly boosted his career.
” he said. Jayson plays Tito Bhoy in the “Ihaw Na
” segment of Banana Split.
He relayed that he constantly studies Tito Boy’s ways and mannerisms to hone his impersonation.
When asked if he’s going to imitate another TV personality, Jason revealed that he would love to.
Now that Banana Split will be celebrating its fifth year this October, the comedian said that he’s happy that the show has become very successful. He said he hopes that it would last long for him to continually work with his co-stars who have become his family.
On why he’s effective as a comedian, Jason said that it would be because he keeps it natural.
He added that not taking himself seriously helps him with his comedic efforts.
