Maricar Reyes and Richard Poon deny pregnancy rumors

<div><img src='' alt='091913-marichard-main.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Barely three months after they tied the know last June in a private Christian wedding held in Alabang, Maricar Reyes and Richard Poon admitted they are enjoying their first few months of matrimony. “<i>Masaya</i>. Eventful. <i>Maraming laging natututunang bago</i>.”</div><div><br/></div><div>The couple attended their first showbiz event together at this year’s Star Magic Ball held at the Fairmont Hotel in Makati last September 7. Richard admitted that his wife is still adjusting to his schedule as a night owl. “<i>Pinupuyat ko siya lagi dahil</i> nocturnal <i>kasi siyempre taga-banda ako. Eh siya maaga matulog, maaga magising.</i> So<i> siya yung na</i>-influence <i>ko</i>,” he admitted.</div><div><br/></div><div>Maricar said having to stay up later than she is used to has proven to be an advantage especially when it comes to work. “Lately it works for me <i>din eh kasi</i> lately <i>pag nag-shu</i>-shoot<i> kami </i>we end late din also so usually<i> dati pag</i> twelve<i> napapansin ko inaantok na ako, pero ngayon </i>better<i> kasi gising pa ko</i> (laughs). <i>Si </i>Richard<i> gusto niya lagi siyang </i>updated like <i>nag-te</i>-text <i>siya</i> if I’m at taping, <i>ganun</i>,” she shared.</div><div><br/></div><div>Richard also admitted he is continually discovering new things about his 29-year-old wife. “<i>Mahilig pala siya sa</i> cookies<i> at sa tinapay. Ang dami eh. Kasi di ba nagluluto ako? Minsan akala ko</i> excited <i>siya pero may iba pala siyang gusto. </i>So<i> alam ko na ngayon</i>,” he added.</div><div><br/></div><div>When it comes to starting their own family, the couple were quick to admit that they want to focus on taking care of each other first before having their first baby. Maricar said she does want to have kids but not this year. “Maybe next year. Definitely this year we want to get to know each other more and then maybe work a bit more and save for the baby,” she explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>Her husband, on the other hand, said he wants to cherish this time to focus on prioritizing his wife and their relationship before bringing in a new member of the family. “<i>Gagawin ko sana yun, yan yung pinaplano ko.
