But the actress relayed that it was really challenging, not only because it’s her first comedy film, but also because she’s starring with two experienced and award-winning actresses, Maricel Soriano and Eugene Domingo. “Of course I have to go through a lot of challenges because first of all I’m working with the diamond star and Eugene Domingo who were such amazing actors especially in comedy pa.” She said that she had to do major preparations for the movie, “I had to really study my script well and really know what I’m doing and really put my best foot forward.”
Nonetheless, Andi enjoyed working with the whole Momzillas team. “But at the same time naging magaan din because I’m working with these people na so good and so professional and who were so nice in general and they really helped me and guided me all throughout especially direk Wenn (Deramas).”
The actress shared that Maricel gave her a lot of advice about acting and about life as a whole. She said she hopes to achieve the same credibility that the diamond star has attained. “Ate Maria gave me a lot [of advice] because she would always talk to me about what her career and what her life was like when she was my age and she always tell me and how it was like before.” She added, “My parents were also in the industry at the time that she was here and I understand like how it was, so I would just really like to maintain the prestige and the credibility of the actors from before and stay professional and to always to take my job seriously and at the same time enjoy it.”
Would she want to do a comedic role again? “Yes I would want to try again because it’s my first time [with Momzillas]. It was hard and I can’t say na I really did a good job because it was my first time so I would like to get another opportunity to do it and to just show na I can do it,” she commented.
