Julia Montes talks about leading men Enrique Gil and Enchong Dee

<div><img src='' alt='052913-juliam_main.jpg' align='left' border='0' height='290' width='305'>After recently being named Princess of Philippine Television by the 44th Box-Office Entertainment Awards of Guillermo Mendoza Memorial Scholarship Foundation earlier this month, Julia Montes admitted she is still on a high from being recognized for her work in the hit series <i>Walang Hanggan</i>. “First of all I’m super happy <i>kasi nga kakasimula ko pa lang talaga,</i> for me<i> ang dami ko pang kakainin sa </i>show business<i> pero na-</i>recognize<i> ako</i> and that’s a big thing for me. Dream come true. <i>Sabi ko nga nung nag-si</i>-speech <i>ako, </i>‘First time<i> ko po ito. Kinakabahan ako</i>.’ <i>Basta </i>very thankful <i>ako kasi hindi ko naman iniisip na</i> this year <i>ko siya makukuha</i>,” she said during the Chic Nails branch opening along Sct. Tuason, Quezon City last May 24.</div><div> </div><div>The 18-year-old actress admitted she never expected to receive an award but is challenged to do even better in her next projects because of it. “<i>Siyempre</i> for me, <i>hindi lang naman porke’t may</i> award<i> kaya ako ma-pe</i>-pressure. Every time may pressure for me <i>kasi siyempre ang</i> purpose <i>naman namin</i> is <i>matuwa yung tao sa</i> show <i>na ibibigay namin</i> and<i> mapasaya rin yung tao. Sana tanggapin din ng tao yung</i> next project <i>namin gaya nung pagtanggap nila sa Walang Hanggan,</i>” she explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>Julia is set to star in an upcoming Kapamilya series <i>Muling Buksan Ang Puso</i> with Enchong Dee and Enrique Gil. “<i>Isa siyang </i>love story. <i>Hindi naman siya</i> super heavy <i>pero iba yung</i> story <i>eh, iba yung tinatakbo. Ang hirap ikuwento pero ayun, iba yung itinatakbo ng</i> story<i> pero kaabang abang kasi ibang iba siya kay </i>Katerina,<i> ibang iba siya kay </i>Clara. <i>Kumbaga ibang</i> character <i>na naman yung gagawin ko. Nakaka-</i>excite <i>kasi marami kaming kasama dito gaya ni </i>Miss Amalia Fuentes (who has resigned from the series as of press time),<i> sila</i> Miss Susan Roces <i>at </i>Cherie Gil <i>kaya maraming dapat abangan</i>,” she added.</div><div> </div><div>Julia admitted that she feels comfortable working with her new leading men because they have worked together in other projects. “<i>Bale naka-</i>work<i> ko na sila</i> both <i>sa</i> movies <i>pero</i> as a love team <i>sa teleserye, </i>it’s the first time <i>talaga.</i> <i>Si</i> Enrique <i>kasi tropa tropa talaga kami </i>since Shout Out! days <i>pa lang. Yung tipong hindi ka maiilang kasi kung gaano ako ka-brusko man sa totoong buhay, alam niya yun.
