Kathryn Bernardo talks about spending her birthday with Daniel Padilla in Subic

Over Holy Week break, the <i>Must Be Love</i> actress went to Subic, Olongapo with her loved ones which included her ka-“M.U.” Daniel Padilla. The 17-year-old actress said the trip was hardly a surprise because she made most of the plans.</div><div><br/></div><div>“<i>Ako yung nag-</i>suggest <i>talaga nun na gusto ko yung may </i>yacht <i>tapos kung sino yung mga i-</i>invite <i>na</i> super<i> konti lang para matutukan ko lahat ng</i> guests.<i> Tapos ayun ako rin naman nagpa</i>-plan <i>lahat </i>so <i>parang hindi naman siya </i>surprise<i> para sa akin kasi ako yung nagsabi kung ano yung gusto ko talaga gawin,</i>” she shared during her post-birthday fan’s day held in Marikina last April 5.</div><div><br/></div><div>Kathryn said all she wanted was a simple but fun birthday trip with people close to her. “Super<i> saya, parang </i>best birthday ever <i>etong nag-</i>17 <i>ako. Pumunta kami ng</i> March 25 <i>hanggang</i> 27 <i>tapos nung</i> first day<i> parang wala</i>, bonding-bonding<i> lang, usap. Tapos nung </i>26 <i>nung</i> afternoon 4 <i>hanggang</i> 7 pm, <i>nasa </i>yacht<i> kami. Tapos pumunta kami sa</i> house<i> na pinag-</i>stay<i>-an namin</i>, <i>dun lang kami hanggang</i> 6 am. As <i>in walang tulugan</i>,” she shared.</div><div><br/></div><div>The pretty actress said she enjoyed spending time with her closest friends, as well as getting to bond with Daniel’s barkada, who were also invited to the three-day trip. “It was not the first time of my friends to meet them <i>naman pero parang</i> first time <i>nila na naka</i>-bonding<i> talaga si </i>DJ <i>at ng buong </i>Parking 5 (DJ’s band). <i>Kasi dati</i> hi, hello,<i> ganun lang. pero nung nag</i>-Subic,<i> super na naging </i>close<i> kami, parang lumaki yung barkada namin. Maraming bago, ganyan. Parang magkaka-</i>age<i> lang kami</i> so <i>Masaya siya talaga</i>,” she revealed.</div><div><br/></div><div>After always being asked about DJ’s birthday gift for her, Kathryn said she appreciated the bag he bought her. “<i>Hindi, namali yun eh kasi dapat talaga </i>red <i>na </i>bag <i>ang gusto ko pero si</i> mama <i>siya na yung bumili sa akin ng</i> red <i>na</i> bag.<i> Eh di meron na tapos si </i>DJ <i>binigyan rin niya ako ng</i> bag<i> pero</i> color yellow <i>naman pero hindi ko pa nagagamit. Pero ayun, </i>super nice<i> din siya</i>,” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>When asked why she seems “blooming” lately, Kath said it is not because she is in love but more because she has more time to rest. “Feeling <i>ko kasi, mas nakakatulog ako ngayon kahit papano</i> (laughs). So <i>baka dahil siguro dun, naks</i> thank you <i>haha,</i>” she joked. </div><div><br/></div><div>As part of her promise to celebrate her birthday with her fans, Kathryn and her mom Min organized a fan’s day in Marikina so the teen actress could spend time with her loyal supporters from various fan groups. “<i>Ito kasi, parang</i> bonding <i>lang</i> with the fans,<i> para mag-</i>thank you <i>ako sa kanila. Parang</i> post-movie celebration<i> na rin </i>and more on <i>ganun lang kasi ngayon lang din ako nagpa-ganito eh, </i>fans day<i> talaga sa mga </i>admin, so <i>mga </i>admin <i>talaga yung pumunta dito. Yung iba galing</i> province <i>pa </i>so<i> parang kinausap ko lang talaga sila. Makikipag-</i>bonding <i>ako sa kanila ngayon,</i>” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>The event started around 4 pm with Kathryn surprising fans by arriving with Daniel Padilla, who drove her and her mom Min to the venue.
