Sarah Geronimo on her stolen kiss with John Lloyd Cruz: 'Sobrang walang malisya'

041313-sarah_main.jpgThose who have watched It Takes A Man And A Woman were surprised by Sarah Geronimo’s stolen kiss with John Lloyd Cruz as seen in the behind-the-scenes footage during the film’s closing credits. It was an unguarded moment and some moviegoers were wondering if there’s a possibility that her romantic feelings for him was rekindled when they shot the movie. But the Popstar Princess was quick to say that they were just joking around while doing that particular kilig scene. “Sobrang ano lang yunLeeg? No! Dito yun (pointing at her cheek). [Sobrang kumportable ako] pwede ko siyang i-kiss ng walang malice.”

When told that Angelica Panganiban previously said that there’s no reason for her to feel jealous of Sarah, the singer-actress further shared that the two of them have a sort of understanding. “Totoo naman. I have so much respect for Ate Angelica Panganiban. For a time naging close kami. Hindi nga lang yung physically nagkakasama kami. Nagkaka-exchange kami ng text messages noon. Vina-value ko yun up to this day.”

Sarah was also happy to hear that Angelica has been very vocal about being a huge fan of her love team with John Lloyd. “Yes, nasabi niya sa akin yun during that time. Natapon pa daw popcorn niya sa kilig habang pinapanood niya yung A Very Special Love. That’s a good thing. I’m a fan of Miggy and Laida (John Lloyd and Sarah’s characters in the movie) as well. So yun lang yun.”

On her part, Sarah said that it’s hard to say when it will be her turn to fall in love given her busy schedule. “Wala naman po akong tinatangihan na thought of being in love. Yung pagiging in love napakasarap na experience. It’s just that it’s not happening right now. Sana, I’m hoping na when it happens, it’s for real.”
