Judy Ann Santos admits she feels nervous about her comeback teleserye

031013-judy_main.jpgJudy Ann Santos happily revealed that taping for her comeback teleserye, Against All Odds is now in full swing after being stalled for a time so she could focus on the cooking show MasterChef Pinoy Edition, which had its grand finals last month. Juday, who is wife to Ryan Agoncillo and mom to kids Yohan and Lucho, had previously said that she would only do one project at a time so she could devote enough time to her family

She added that they were able to tape three times last week for the upcoming teleserye. The Teleserye Queen will be starring with Sam Milby and KC Concepcion in the said series.

Juday had only has good words for her co-stars. “Alam mo masaya… masaya talaga… blessed ako na lagi akong nakakahanap ng mga katrabahong very comfortable and very professional,” she explained in an interview during the summer station ID shoot for of ABS-CBN.

Last February, it was announced that Jericho Rosales had to back out of the project to focus on his career in other parts of Asia. Juday said that maybe she and Echo are not yet meant to work together at this time. “Well, may mga projects talaga na para sa kanya at may mga projects siguro na hindi talaga para sa kanya… but then again siguro someday [we can work together]. We can’t say [what is going to happen in the future]… sayang lang na hindi natuloy pero baka may mas magandang opportunity for him and naniniwala ako na si Jericho is a good actor and kaya niyang itawid kahit na ano’ng project na ibigay sa kanya,” Juday explained.

It has been three years since Juday did a teleserye, Habang May Buhay (2010), which is why, admittedly, she somewhat feels nervous about her comeback. Sana ‘yung expectations hindi masyadong matindi,” she said, followed by a nervous laugh.

The actress also revealed that she is slated to do a movie later this year. When prodded for additional details about the said project, Juday took a step back. Sana… sana matuloy,” she related.
