Jane Oineza admits she and Kit Thompson are better off as just friends

<div><img src='' alt='032213-jane_main.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'>After they both made a guest appearance on <i>Kris TV</i>, Jane Oineza admitted that she and former <i>Pinoy Big Brother</i> teen housemate Kit Thompson have been hanging out more often. People began to notice their close friendship when Kit escorted Jane to several events last year.</div><div><br/></div><div>But the 16-year-old actress, who was recently nominated for Best Actress at the 2013 New York Festivals for her role as a rape victim in <i>Maalala Mo Kaya</i>, said she is not in a relationship with her Star Magic Circle batch 19 batchmate. “<i>Hindi kasi nga</i> we’re close friends <i>naman</i> and <i>kaya ayun, pag kunyari may</i> event <i>tapos ka-</i>text <i>ko siya na</i>, ‘I’m going there,’ <i>ganyan tapos magte</i>-text<i> siya na,</i> '<i>Sige sabay na tayo pumasok</i>.' <i>Pero</i> it's not like we're meeting up before that or anything. <i>Parang sabay lang kaming pumapasok sa sinehan kasi ganun lang tapos sabay kaming lalabas kasi sabay kaming nanunuod, ganun,</i>” she explained to <a href='http://www.Push.com.ph'>Push.com.ph</a>.</div><div><br/></div><div>Although Kit admitted that he had a crush on Jane and even gave her a bottle of perfume to show his admiration for the talented actress, Jane said they have both agreed to just remain friends for now. “Yes we talked about it<i> kasi </i>I think it's better we concentrate<i> muna sa </i>career and i-cherish<i> na lang muna kung anong meron na</i> friendship, <i>yun muna</i>,” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>The pretty mestiza admitted that she finds the Fil-Am actor attractive, but she does not see them becoming romantic anytime soon.
