Angel Locsin dismisses reconciliation rumors with Phil Younghusband

<div><img src='' alt='122813-Ange_,aiml.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Although she has already moved on from her breakup with Phil Younghusband, Angel Locsin admitted she is not too keen on opening her heart to a new love anytime soon. “<i>Di ba lagi nga natin sinasabi sa</i> ABS <i>na kailangan nating mag-</i>move on<i> sa mga problema natin.</i> So<i> bakit hindi natin gawin, ‘di ba?</i>” Angel claimed during an interview at th<i>e Kwento ng Pasko: Pag-asa at Pagbangon</i> concert held at the Araneta Coliseum recently.</div><div><br/></div><div>In a recent interview with the Azkals striker, he revealed that he’s still in love with The Legal Wife star, news that took Angel by surprise. <i>“Bago ba 'yun? Baka matagal na 'yun inulit niyo lang… Hindi ako makapag-</i>react <i>kasi hindi ko pa alam. Hindi ko alam kung ano ang sasabihin ko</i>,” she blurted.</div><div><br/></div><div>Angel admitted it was an unexpected issue given that news of their breakup came out some two months ago and that she and Phil have yet to speak with each other in person again. “Well <i>kami naman ni </i>Phil <i>wala naman kaming away na namagitan samin. Mabait 'yung tao, siguro kailangan mas mabasa ko muna 'yung article bago ako makapag</i>-react. <i>Nagulat ako, 'yun lang ang masasabi ko. Nagulat ako sa nasabi niya. Hindi ko ine</i>-expect<i> 'yun,</i>” she continued.</div><div><br/></div><div>Despite Phil’s declaration, Angel appeared to be sure that she wants her heart to rest for the time being. “<i>Sinabi ko na 'yan, na</i> he's still special for me <i>kaya lang ngayon medyo </i>confused<i> ako sa mga nangyayari kasi ang alam ko hiwalay kami ngayon at 'yun 'yung hinaharap ko. Gusto kong ipahinga 'yung puso ko,”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>If anything, Angel admitted that Phil’s declaration has somehow put her in a complicated position as far as her healing is concerned. “<i>Ang hirap kasi nung naghiwalay kayo tapos siyempre inaayos mo ang sarili mo para makalimot o maka</i>-move on<i> tapos eh ngayon papasok ka na naman sa baka magkabalikan. 'Yun bang parang naguguluhan nako eh kung saan ba ako lulugar ‘di ba? Bahala na, hindi pa naman kami nagkikita eh. Hindi naman niya ako kinausap tungkol do'n sa interview ‘di ba so ewan ko,</i>” the actress said.</div><div><br/></div><div>At the moment, Angel said that she doesn’t have suitors that are “<i>desidido</i>” in winning her heart. But she admitted that she and her ex-boyfriend Luis Manzano have been communicating of late.</div><div><br/></div><div>However, Angel disclosed that she’s deliberately avoiding rekindling ties with the Minute to Win It host. “<i>Kasi ayoko ng</i> issue <i>eh. Respeto kay </i>Phil, <i>respeto sa ex niya, parang ganon</i>.”</div><div><br/></div><div>Luis’s breakup with Jennylyn Mercado coincidentally became public around the same time that news of Angel and Phil’s split broke out</div>
