Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo admit having ghost encounters because of 'Pagpag'

<div><img src='' alt='121413-kathniel_main.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'>During the grand presscon for their Metro Manila Film Fest horror movie Pagpag, the movie’s lead stars Kathryn Bernardo and Daniel Padilla both admitted they believe in “<i>pagpag</i>,” which is the practice of not going straight home after visiting a wake or a burial in order to “shake off” any spirits who attach themselves to visitors at the wake.</div><div><br/></div><div>Kathryn revealed they encountered something scary one night after shooting ended. “<i>Duwag kasi ako yung isang</i> location<i> namin basta ang</i> bad vibes <i>talaga. Parang ang bigat bigat</i> so <i>ang ginagawa naming naka</i>-convoy <i>kami, magpapagpag kami sa</i> gasoline station<i> muna bago umuwi.</i> One time <i>hindi kami nakapag-pagpag tapos parang may nangyari na ewan ko kung sa isip ko lang pero</i> same time <i>na meron ding nangyari kay</i> DJ,” she recalled.</div><div><br/></div><div>The 17-year-old actress said she did not really feel anything strange except when she went home and was getting ready to sleep. “<i>Naligo ako</i> so nag-blower <i>ako bago matulog pinatuyo ko yung buhok ko. Tapos nung nakahiga na ako sa kama nag</i>-on<i> bigla yung</i> blower<i> eh pinatay ko na yun. Tinawag ko sila mama, nagpunta sila sa</i> CR (to check on the blower). <i>Tinext ko si</i> DJ <i>tapos sabi niya may nangyari din pala sa kanya</i> at the same time <i>sa bahay niya</i>. So feeling <i>namin dahil yun sa hindi kami nagpagpag dun sa</i> location so<i> baka may sumama</i> or something. So after nun,<i> dumadaan na talaga kami </i>somewhere <i>bago umuwi</i>,” she said.</div><div><br/></div><div>DJ’s experience was different because he was able to share it with his band mates who were with him at the time. <i>“Pagkauwi ko kasi yung mga kabanda ko andun rin sa bahay tapos ang daming nangyayari sa bahay nun. Yung kay </i>Kathryn, <i>habang naliligo ata siya tapos ako naman umakyat na ako sa kuwarto ko nun, tapos parang may sumisipol sa akin na parang ginagaya yung sipol ng kaibigan ko. Hindi ko pinapansin kasi ayokong magtakbuhan eh. Delikado yun sa bahay namin. Nung tinanong ako ng kaibigan ko kung narinig ko sabi ko na lang wala. Pero nung sumipol na talaga siya tapos sa gitna namin may sumisipol!</i> So <i>ayun, hindi naman ako natakot</i> actually,” he admitted.</div><div><br/></div><div>The two teens are currently busy promoting their movie which starts showing in theatres nationwide on December 25.
