Now that she’s starring in a soap, Julia relayed that she’s taking workshops to hone her acting skills. “Now I’m taking workshops because I want to learn more and I still want to improve and kakasimula ko pa lang, madami pang oras to be able to improve and to learn more about acting.” She’s also taking dance workshops. “I really like to dance sana sa ASAP maka-dance pa ako.” She also wants to hone her singing and she hopes to have a concert and an album someday. “Ako I don’t know how to sing pero gusto kong kumanta. If may time magsi-singing workshop ako. [Gusto ko] ng album, concert, lahat ‘yan,” she shared.
Aside from shooting Mirabella, Julia is also busy with her charity work for the victims of the recent typhoon as a way of paying it forward. “I’ve been very blessed this year so recently we did this garage sale and we earned a lot—130,000 pesos for the victims. We donated it and I’m still helping out, I went to Bohol.”
The young star also graced the Kwento ng Pag-Asa at Pagbangon event at Villamor Airbase last December 7, 2013. “Super happy and excited and magkasama kaming lahat so it's nice to see na lahat kami gustong tumulong,” she said.
Despite her hectic schedule, Julia shared will be going on a vacation this coming holiday. “I will be with my family somewhere far.”
