An obviously infuriated Andi Eigenmann recently blew her top off via a string of tweets on her Twitter account about certain rumors insinuating that she has gotten back with her ex-boyfriend Albie Casiño.
“I love my job. I love being in this industry. Its beautiful. But its hard not to talk when its affecting my personal life too,” she posted on November 26.
The Galema star, who was a little calmer state during a taped interview aired on Buzz ng Bayan on Sunday, explained why she decided to express her disappointment publicly.
“I personally found the article very disgusting and very disrespectful for women. It wasn’t me but people were saying that it was me. I kind of felt offended so I just felt the need to defend myself,” said she.
But has she gotten back with Albie?
“Hindi po. Hindi po talaga!” denied the young actress.
“Kahit maging friend ko ‘yun no way in hell naman na magkakabalikan kami no’n. Hindi naman ako stupid. We’re not friends. We’re not enemies,” she quickly replied even adding that she doesn’t care about him anymore.
More, Andi said she’s not “stupid or desperate enough” to get back with someone who has left her and her child, daughter Adrianna Gabrielle behind.
Apart from the maliciousness of the article, Andi opened up that what actually prompted her to address the issue is the fact that it’s Jake Ejercito, her rumored boyfriend, who’s the first one to actually learn about the report.
“Siya po kasi ‘yung nagpabasa sakin nung article. ‘Di po niya ako tinanong. Sinend niya lang po sakin ‘yung article,” she shared.
Andi turned emotional as she confessed to being wounded by the false issue because it has once again hurt her already complicated relationship with Jake.
“Masakit po ‘yun na hindi alam ng tao kung dapat ba akong paniwalaan o hindi. Pero ginagawa ko naman po lahat ng makakaya ko eh. So, sana malaman niya po na… Sana po he will be smart enough to know who to believe because masakit lang na hindi alam kung sino ‘yung papaniwalaan kasi,” she tearfully said as if to speaking with Jake.
In the past, the daughter of veteran actors Mark Gil and Jaclyn Jose has been very candid in admitting on national TV how much she feels for the son of Manila mayor Joseph “Erap” Estrada to former actress Laarni Enriquez.
While they’re yet to become an official couple, without naming names, Andi has repeatedly hinted before that she’s still in the process of winning the trust and proving herself to certain people including Jake.
Seemingly in relation to that, Andi once again reiterated on her Buzz ng Bayan interview that she is a better person now.
“Hindi kasi po siyempre po maraming beses narin po akong nagkamali noon. Siguro po marunong naman po akong matuto sa mga pagkakamali ko,” said the When The Love Is Gone star.
