Ynna Asistio: Cristine and I are okay

<div><img src='' alt='100413-Ynna-main.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Amid consistent talks tagging her as the alleged third party that caused the ending of Cristine Reyes’ short-lived romance with Derek Ramsay, new Kapamilya star Ynna Asistio claims that there’s no bad blood between her and the<i> Bukas Nalang Kita Mamahalin</i> star.</div><div>This was something which Ynna was able to confirm recently after speaking with Cristine before the latter left for Hawaii last month for a couple of engagements with Derek.</div><div><i>“Nagkausap kami</i> before <i>sila umalis papuntang </i>Hawaii. <i>Sabi ko, ‘Akala ko galit ka sa akin kasi 'yung mga tao.’ Sabi niya, ‘Ano ka ba alam mo namang hindi lang talaga ako nagre-</i>reply.’<i> So </i>okay <i>kami ni </i>Cristine,” she shared during her live appearance on “Buzz ng Bayan” on Sunday.</div><div>Ynna revealed that she’s also on good terms with Derek despite rumors that she was being wooed by the hunk star, an issue which she also belied.</div><div>“As long as <i>hindi ako sinabihan ng lalaki na nanliligaw siya, ayaw ko mag-</i>assume. I think kaya ako 'yung nasasabing reason kasi talagang lumabas din sa news <i>na lumalabas kaming dalawa,” </i>she confessed.</div><div>But she stressed that the several occasions that they went out were usually with a chaperon or as part of a group.</div><div><i>“[Nag-</i>meet kami]<i> nung nalaman niya na wala na akong </i>boyfriend.<i> Nag-</i>meet <i>kami pero </i>as friends <i>lang, kasama ko noon 'yung mga kapatid ko. </i>After<i> noon, dirediretso kaming magkasama,”</i> she explained.</div><div>What many are probably most curious about was how her friendship with Derek even blossomed considering that they are from rival networks on top of the fact that Ynna just broke off her five-year relationship with Mark Herras.</div><div><i>“Naging friends kami ni </i>Derek<i> noong naghiwalay kami ni </i>Mark. <i>Si</i> Cristine<i>, matagal ko na siyang kilala. Si</i> Derek, <i>matagal na siyang friend ng </i>Mommy<i> ko, pero nagkakilala lang kami nung naghiwalay kami ni </i>Mark. <i>Naging </i>constant<i> ang</i> conversation<i> namin sa </i>Instagram,” she revealed.</div><div>While the rumored relationship with the Fil-British actor has no grain of truth whatsoever, Ynna confessed that being labeled the third party did a notable amount of damage to her, especially online.</div><div>“Honestly <i>ang dami po talagang umaway sa akin sa </i>Instagram. <i>Napilitan akong mag-</i>lie low. <i>Nasaktan ako pero alam ko 'yung totoo and alam kong hindi naman totoo ang sinasabi ng mga tao,” </i>said the young actress.</div><div>After the incident, instead of nurturing her friendship with Derek or Cristine, Ynna has decided to just distance herself from the controversial couple saying that, “I had to<i> kasi ang dami ng</i> issues<i> na lumabas nung naging sila. Parang ayaw kong ma-</i>involve so<i> lumayo na lang ako.”</i></div><div><br/></div>
