Daniel Padilla is thankful his family in Leyte is safe

<div><img src='' alt='111313-Daniel_Main.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'>Kapamilya star Daniel Padilla, whose lola and more than twenty relatives live in Leyte, has lived in fear and worry since November 8, Friday. He and his mom Karla Estrada didn’t have any news about their relatives until yesterday morning when an uncle and aunt reported that everyone was okay.</div><div><br/></div><div>Daniel expressed relief over this latest news about his family. “<i>Natuwa naman ako kasi nahihirapan na rin ako. Ang hirap makipag-usap ‘pag ganun, ang hirap magpahinga, matulog. Ang hirap ng masarap yung nararamdaman mo habang yung kamag-anak mo nasa magulong sitwasyon e di ba. Kaya ngayon masaya ako na nakita na nila sila lola.”</i></div><div><br/></div><div>Although his family is already safe, Daniel still feels for the people who bore the brunt of super typhoon Yolanda and other people who worry for their loved ones. <i>“Huwag po kayong mawalan ng pag-asa, magdasal lang po kayo at ang Diyos na po yung bahala sa lahat.” </i></div><div><br/></div><div>He also appealed for more help for Yolanda victims and he assured everyone that he is going to Tacloban to perform and to give help to the hapless victims. <i>“E ako talagang desperado na rin akong tumulong, talagang gusto kong pumunta. Titingnan pa namin kung kailan ako p’wede makapunta d’on at kung pa’no.</i>”</div><div><br/></div>
