Apart from swimming, another activity that Enchong Dee enjoys that also keeps him fit is dancing. However unknown to many, Enchong used to be a frustrated dancer.
The swimmer-turned-actor saw the chance to learn and improve his dancing skill when he entered showbiz. “Nung pumasok ako dito puro mga workshops. Sabi ko grab the opportunity na may workshops at libreng workshop so masipag talaga akong mag-workshop.” After having done countless wrong steps, Enchong eventually learned, thanks to his unshakable desire to be a good dancer.
Production numbers that he had to perform regularly on TV provided this leading man more room for improvement.
Enchong shared another thing he has learned in the process, “Sabi ko nga daig ng masipag ang may talent.”
Today, all of Enchong’s hard work is absolutely paying off because he now receives compliments from people after a good performance. “Thank you kasi nakaka-experience na rin ako ng praises,” he beamed. He is also grateful to all the choreographers who really worked hard with him.
