Joel Torre, 51 years old: Napanood ko yung movie na The Tree of Life, it’s about the natural process of life. The point in my life which has the biggest impact to me was my formative years. You absorb a lot [during your youth] and you’re so innocent kaya yung memories mo remain fresh and very vivid. Importante yung memories ng tao especially when you’re already old [and] you want to regain them. I had a very blessed childhood. It was in the ‘60s wherein bago lahat (i.e. advancement in technology, industrialization). It’s so sacred for me. So when I look back down memory lane, yun ang pinakamasayang time para sa akin Alfred Vargas, 31 years old: One moment sa life ko that I’d never forget was when I was a kid. My lola and I used to eat ice cream together habang kinukwentuhan lang niya ako. At sinasabi niya palagi sa akin na, ‘Malayo ang mararating mo.’ James Blanco, 31 years old: Pinakamemorable sa akin yung buhay yung mommy ko. Kasi hindi niya nakita yung mga nangyari sa buhay ko. Maaga siyang kinuha... Rommel Padilla, 51 years old: Hindi ko makakalimutan yung mga panahon na ako’y 10 years old dahil yun yung panahon na buong-buong yung pamilya namin and my father was still alive then. Nandun si Papa, si Mama at kaming mga magkakapatid, palagi kaming magkakasama. Amy Austria, 50 years old: Hangga’t maaari wala kong gustong makalimutan mula nung ipinanganak ako. Yung youngest memory ko siguro wala pa akong two years old. At tuwing babalikan ko [yung pagkabata ko] naalalala ko pa. Importante sa akin na maalala yung every stage ng buhay ko dahil dun ako nabuo [at para alam ko] kung paano ako noon. Lahat yun importante sa akin. Gina Pareño, 63 years old: Nung tinanggap ako ng publiko na maging artista. Kasi pangarap ko talaga nung bata pa ako na magartista. Tapos nung nag-comeback ako tinanggap nila ulit ako. Para akong isda na ibinalik sa tubig. Buhay na buhay ulit ako. Carmina Villaroel, 37 years old: Ako din parang kay ate Amy kung pwedeng lahat [maalala ko]. Pero the best yung childhood. Very innocent, pure lahat, masaya lang nung bata ko. Ang iniisip mo lang yung maglaro, walang kaproble-problema. Tapos pangalawa yung time na when I got pregnant tapos nanganak ako with my twins. Yun yung talagang nagiba nung dumating sila sa buhay ko. Belle Mariano, 10 years old: Nung three years old po ako. Masaya po nung birthday ko. Zaijan Jaranilla, 11 years old: Nung five years old ako, yung papa ko, mama ko, tsaka lola ko, lagi kami magkakasama at saka lagi kaming masaya.
