Despite her failed marriage with Rustom, Carmina shared that she managed to maintain a good relationship with his family. Add to the fact that there’s no reason for her to feel bitter with all the blessings she has been receiving so far. [Pero kasi ngayon] lahat magaan, lahat masaya, I’m so blessed tapos ganun pa maging reaction ko. Ayoko ng mga negative vibes! Kailangan good vibes lang.”
Carmina wasn’t even the least bothered when she first heard that her ex-husband’s brother is part of the cast of Lorenzo’s Time. “Parang ako, ‘Ah talaga? Okay’. Kasi wala naman kaming samaan ng loob. Wala e. Wala talaga. I’m just happy to see him (Rommel), parang ganon lang yung reaction ko.”
In the meantime, Carmina’s excited to be back on ABS-CBN Primetime Bida since it has been almost a decade since she was seen in the afternoon drama Recuerdo De Amor.
A self-confessed fan of Zaijan’s previous teleserye May Bukas Pa, Carmina was all praises of her young co-star’s dramatic prowess especially now that they are working together. “Wala akong reklamo. At saka very charming yung bata, basta ang galing. Talagang fan ako ni Zaijan,” she beamed.
