Dingdong Dantes shares what he would like to give 'One More Try'

<div><img src='' alt='122912-dingdong_main.jpg' width='305' height='290' align='left' border='0'>As part of the Star Cinema film <i>One More Try</i>, Dingdong Dantes admitted he did not expect that there would come a project that would give him the opportunity to work with Angel Locsin after she transferred home networks. Dingdong said he does not rule out the possibility of working with her again after doing <i>One More Try </i>together. “<i>Hindi ko naman din naisip na magiging possible dati ito eh</i> so <i>hindi natin masasabi</i>,” he said.</div><div><br/></div><div>The 32-year-old actor said he has yet to do a recap of the past year. “<i>Hindi pa siya tapos, ayoko muna mag</i>-assess. <i>Basta sa huling araw na lang talaga. Tatapusin ko yung taon </i>with my family <i>sa isang magandang kainan, may</i> gathering<i> sa bahay ng</i> parents<i> ko</i> and I just want to be together so <i>malaking bagay na sa akin yun</i>,” he said.</div><div><br/></div><div>For the coming year, the actor-director said he wants to be open-minded with regards to his career choices. “<i>Sa totoo lang walang</i> anything specific <i>na masasabi kong gusto ko ngayon. Kumbaga habang tumatagal iniisip ko din eh na magiging</i> interesting <i>para sa akin.</i> So I take things as they come. <i>Kung ano man ang </i>opportunity<i> na meron diyan na tingin ko puwede naman akong sumabak at bagay naman at magiging maganda ang resulta</i> so <i>bakit hindi?</i> I love acting so I plan to do this for a long time. <i>Yung</i> resolution <i>ko</i> last year happy <i>naman ako </i>so okay<i> na ako dun na gumawa ng mga makabuluhang pelikula. Hindi ko makakalimutan yun. Tingin ko possible pa siya. </i>So <i>nagpapasalamat ako. Gaya nung sabi ko noon</i> I wanted to make more movies so <i>natupad naman </i>and one at a time,” he explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>In keeping with the theme od his current movie, Dingdong shared with members of the press one thing in his life that he would want to consider giving one more try. “I think with regards to relationships, I believe <i>naman </i>that I was able to handle everything properly in the right manner,<i> kung meron man akong bibigyan ng </i>one more try is that<i> gusto kong bumalik sa</i> childhood <i>ko siguro nung</i> college days <i>ko</i> and<i> siguro</i> I’d like to experience how it is to really become a full-time student. <i>Kasi medyo naging </i>working student <i>ako nun. Maaring maraming nagbago kung yun ang naging</i> path <i>ko noon.</i> So it’s not saying that I regret it pero if I were given a chance to do something all over again, I’ll do that. With regards to my past relationships, I have no regrets. No regrets <i>kasi </i>everything<i> na napagdaanan mo, lahat ng natutunan mo eh siyempre</i> it makes you strong as a person. <i>Lahat ng maling nagawa mo</i> definitely you won't do it again so <i>maraming</i> learnings,” he explained.</div><div><br/></div><div>So does this mean he will be showing a more daring side in 2013? “<i>Hindi ko alam. Malalaman ko yan mga</i> January 1 <i>pag medyo ano na, pag medyo lasing na</i> (laughs). <i>Hindi </i>joke <i>lang. Hindi ko pa alam, wala pa talaga</i>,” he admitted.</div><div><br/></div><div>On New Year’s eve, Dingdong said he plans to enjoy everything. “<i>Kakain ako ng marami, sobra</i>. As in <i>hanggang aantukin ako sa gutom.</i> (laughs).
