Sofia Andres admits she feels 'kilig' with co-star Khalil Ramos

110312-sofia_main.jpgAs a model-turned-actress, Sofia Andres admitted she feels very lucky to have landed a part in the hit Primetime Bida series Princess and I. The aspiring actress plays the role of Kathryn Bernardo’s youngest sister Dindi Maghirang in the series.

Currently a high school sophomore, Sofia started out as a commercial model when she was just three years old. Nag-audition ako for the show tapos pinabalik ako ng apat na beses for that so parang so sana sa akin na talaga yung role,” she told Push.com.ph.

Sofia admitted she never expected all the positive feedback regarding her love team with Khalil Ramos on the show. “Siyempre masayang masaya ako dahil ngayon ko lang talaga na-experience itong gumawa ng teleserye with Khalil, Kathryn (Bernardo), and DJ (Daniel Padilla). Talagang I’m so blessed. Parang ang saya-saya ko talaga. Ito yung dream ko. Masayang masaya din ako dahil nag-click agad and effective naman yung love team namin. Parang nakaka-shock na dumadami yung followers, ng mga fans ng SofLil (Sofia-Khalil), KinDi (Kiko-Dindi, their characters on the show). Nakakagulat din talaga,” she admitted.

When their characters Dindi and Kiko started getting closer, fans even trended their love team online. Sana magtuloy tuloy-tuloy pa,” she admitted.

Sofia said that Khalil is just as nice as his onscreen character Kiko. Mabait siya talaga,” she admitted.

During some difficult scenes, Sofia said she can count on Khalil for advice and support when it comes to acting. “Oo naman, nakatulong siya siyempre. As in may scene kami na yayakapin ko siya, ganyan. Sumu-support talaga siya,” she said.

When asked if she feels “kilig” with Khalil off-cam, Sofia shyly admitted, “Meron naman (laughs).

Sofia said she is still too young for a relationship.
