Kim Chiu shares that there are people who still think that she has not gotten over Gerald Anderson.
With all the blessings coming her way, Kim Chiu reiterated that she’s far from the heartbroken girl that people perceived her to be after her breakup with Gerald Anderson. She said she is just surprised that some people still think that way even if she’s now very much happy with her life.
move on]. Kasi karamihan sa
-comment sila na, ‘Ano ba? Gumising ka na, tapos na [kayo ni
Gerald].’ Parang, ano ba? Oo naman,”
she stated in an interview with Push.com.ph.
Kim has been getting a lot of attention from suitor/onscreen partner Xian Lim. But at the age of 22, she has learned to take it easy when it comes to falling in love.
When told that even her Ina Kapatid Anak co-star Cherry Pie Picache has noticed their sweetness on the set, Kim refuted the rumors that she and Xian are already a couple and just want to keep their relationship a secret. And wala pa e. Alangan naman sabihin namin ‘meron na’ for publicity. Hindi e, hindi tama yun.”
Kim revealed though that Xian has been really generous and thoughtful towards her. In return, she gave him an expensive gift when he celebrated his birthday last July.
Now that they’re on their second teleserye as a team-up, Kim shared that they’ve really grown closer. In fact, she often shares her baon with him even when they’re working on separate units. Pero at least lugaw,” she beamed.
Does it help that their respective families approve of them as a pair on and off screen? “Oo kasi wala kang maririnig na masamang sabihin and natutuwa sila.”
