Maja Salvador wants her love life to be private in 2012

010412-maja1_main.jpgMaja Salvador still considers 2011 a good year despite the controversies that hounded her, like being the cause of the fist-fight between boyfriend Matteo Guidicelli and leading man Coco Martin in September 2011 and her on-and-off relationship with Matteo. “Sobrang masaya at napakaganda ng 2011. Yes may mga nangyaring ‘di maganda pero alam kong kailangan ko ‘yon para maging mas matibay ako,” she explained during her official launch as the endorser of GE Digital Cameras in SM Megamall last December 27.

She continued that she needed the aforementioned challenges to make her a better person.

Maja’s team-up with Coco garnered a huge following in the teleserye Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin and her film Thelma earned good reviews. Sana this 2012 more projects pa [para] happy-happy lang.

When the reporters asked her about her relationship, Maja seemed elusive. Her answer was brief when asked if people can expect her love life to be colorful again in 2012. “Maintain lang sana. Tahimik lang,” she commented briefly. Push.com.ph prodded further and asked her if this meant that she would be more quiet when it comes to her personal life in 2012. “Depende naman po,” she replied.

Maja said that her movie with Matteo, My Cactus Heart, will be shown hopefully early this year. She explained added that they have been shooting for the movie for almost a year now. “Cute ‘yung storya, talagang kuwento ng isang babae na matinik ang kanyang puso, walang nakakalapit,” she said.

Maja shared that she spent the holidays with her family. She continued that this was her only opportunity to spend some quality time with her loved ones since she is busy most of the time with her career.
