The pretty actress further shared how she got her tomboyish role in the movie, claiming that it’s very similar to her personality in real life. “Kasabay ng audition yung trade launch noon for Budoy. Wala akong make-up tapos suot ko lang jeans, polo, and bonnet. First ever movie ko ito, kahit small roles before or introducing wala pa.
In the meantime, Jessy denied the rumors linking her to Budoy co-star Gerald Anderson. “Huh? Baka sa Budoy, pero hindi ‘kami’ in real life. As in friends lang talaga. Baka sila ni... Hahaha!” When Push reminded her that there were rumors about them even before the series, Jessy replied, “Na-link ba kami?
The two were supposedly caught getting cozy with each other on the set of Budoy. But Jessy went on to deny the issue. Pero in between takes nagbibiruan kami.
