Piolo Pascual is excited about competing in his first full marathon.
After recently spending his birthday last January 12 with just members of his family, Piolo Pascual said he is looking forward to accomplishing a lot of things both personally and professionally this year.

positive so I’m looking forward to the work I have with ABS-CBN,” he shared during the Timex Run 2012 press conference held last January 13 at the Café La Carmela in Makati City.
Piolo, along with running coach Rio De la Cruz, signed up to join the 10k event which will happen on January 22 at the Bonifacio Global City in Taguig. Timex Run 2012 is also planning to do a leg in key cities like Davao and Cebu later this year as well.
This coming September, Piolo revealed he will go to Germany to compete in his first 42k event in the Berlin Marathon which is one of the five major marathon events in the world which he hopes to complete one day. The actor-singer said he has always had a passion for running even before it became popular. “Maliit pa lang ako mahilig na ako tumakbo. Pero hindi naman uso dati ang

After trimming down to as low as 160 pounds during training, Piolo revealed he had to adjust his diet so as not to lose any more weight. “It’s hard to juggle it between work and you need to put in minimum of ten hours per week to train for that. During the press conference, Piolo also shared some personal tips for running. “Before going to a run, I try to drink whey and may mga
