Sabi ko siguro malabo mangyari ‘yon.” The issue sprang from Kris’s guest appearance on the January 8 episode of Gandang Gabi, Vice. At one point of the interview, a prediction was revealed that she would have another baby this year and that Coco would be the father. The actress-host joked that Coco needs to get ready for it. “Nagbibiro lang ‘yon, palabiro ‘yun, eh,” said Coco at the recent press conference of Walang Hanggan. The two previously worked together in a teleserye. “Parang pamilya na ang turing nila sa akin. Ate ko ‘yon, kumbaga nirerespeto ko, parang imposible [ang hula].” He revealed that he is close to Kris but he really feels shy around her. “Minsan kahit andyan na siya, alam ko tatawagin niya ako, lumalayo ako kasi nahihiya ako. Base sa pagkakakilala ko sa kanya nagbibiro lang ‘yon.” The acclaimed actor even let out a laugh when asked if he does not feel any attraction to Kris. “Walang ganun, wala, wala.” When asked about his initial reaction when he heard Kris’s comment suggesting that she does not mind having a baby with him, Coco explained, “Hindi naman nagulat. Actually, nung narinig ko siya hindi ko na lang pinansin. Kasi ang dali namang magsabi no’n. Nung sinabi ni Miss Kris ‘yon, alam ko nagjo-joke lang ‘yon, nagbibiro lang ‘yon.” Asked if he has ever tried going to a fortuneteller, he replied, “Hindi, hindi naman ako nagpapahula, eh.” Coco got close to the Aquino family when he made the indie film Noy, where he played a reporter documenting the activities of President Noynoy Aquino and got the chance to personally be with the family. He said that he was made to feel that he was one of them. He stressed that establishing a romantic relationship with Kris is not probable. “I think hindi aabot sa ganon. Ang Aquino family kasi mula nung nag-Noy ako na movie and then nakakasama ko sila ang buong pamilya, parang turing na nila sa akin pamilya.”
