Anne Curtis admits she is the type to do everything for love

092811-anne_main.jpgAs she plays her most controversial role to date as a seductress in the movie No Other Woman, Anne Curtis admitted that if she finds herself in a love triangle in real life, she would do everything to win back the man she loves. “Yes I would fight for him. I think kasi ‘pag in love ka, I think kasi mababaliw ka talaga. Wala kang pakialam kung ano nsasabihin ng mga tao. Gagawin mo lahat talaga para sa taong mahal mo. Hindi mo na iisipin yung mga consequences,” she said.

Although in reality, Anne admitted she would probably be the aggrieved party and not the other woman. The Fil-Australian beauty also qualified that there are limits to the extent to which she is willing to fight for her loved one. “I think everyone sinasabi na lang nila na hindi nila ipaglalaban, pero the thing is, I think when you’re put in that position, hindi mo kaya eh. Kailangan mo malaman na ikaw yung pipiliin niya so ipaglalaban mo. At siyempre gusto mo ipamukha sa kung sino man siya na ikaw ang pinili. But just to be clear, you shouldn’t din naman make habol hanggang dulo. As I said you should have your saturation point din,” she added.

When it comes to her relationship with non-showbiz boyfriend Erwan Heussaff with whom she just recently went on a European vacation, Anne said she does not have to worry about any issues of infidelity. “I’ve never cheated and never want to cheat kasi I believe in karma. Ayokong mangyari sa akin. To say if I have a perfect relationship now, I don’t think anyone can have a perfect relationship, but I’d like to think that my relationship is the closest you can get to perfect,” she said.

With her role as liberated socialite Kara Zalderiaga, Anne said moviegoers can also learn a lot from her character. “I think ang dapat matutunan sa kanya is that we should know when we’ve reached our saturation point. When you should say it’s enough. When enough is enough. And also, if you know from the very beginning na mali, huwag mo na ituloy. Parang you have to know that when it’s wrong to push through with something from the very beginning that you know is wrong, then don’t do it. When you have that gut feeling na parang tama ba ito or mali? Kasi kung tama at the bottom of your heart, you’ll know. Pero if you have that gut feeling that maybe you shouldn’t, huwag mo ng gawin because baka ikasira pa ng buhay mo. I guess it really depends din on the personality because I’ve also been getting feedback form people on Twitter who have seen the trailer. Ang dami rin nakaka-relate,” she shared.

When it comes to her co-stars Derek Ramsay and Cristine Reyes, Anne said they had a good working chemistry with each other despite all the tension-filled scenes they had to do together. “It’s been a pleasure working with Derek and Cristine. Ang fresh kasi ng pagsasama namin, parang were all open to go all out in this movie in terms of not only the physical scenes but also in helping out to help our characters grow. Kung merong hindi naiintindihan sa eksena, nagtutulungan kami with the scriptwriters and direk who understood more kung pano i-tackle yun. Kasi mahirap yung ginagawa namin. The three of us aren’t married yet so to tackle something na hindi namin mismo na-e-experience was hard. So it was a pleasure working with smart actors na nagtutulungan. It’s been a super duper pleasure,” she stressed.

The Showtime host also cleared up rumors that she was going to transfer networks by next year. “Not true. Basta masyaa naman ako sa ginagawa ko sa ABS-CBN, hindi ako aalis. Viva (her managers) knows na as long as I’m happy sa binibigay sa akin na work ng A
