Jovit Baldivino is not worried about tough competition

061911-jovit_main.jpgAlmost year after he was declared the first grand winner of Pilipinas Got Talent season one, Jovit Baldivino said he does not feel that he has already made it despite having a number of hit songs to his name.

Jovit said that he is not worried even if there is an influx of new singers. He continued that he is actually happy for them because just like him, they strive to fulfill their dreams to become performers. “Andaming magagaling ngayon.

Instead of being threatened by the cutthroat competition, the 17-year-old Batangueño said that the best thing he can do is to give his best in his every performance. He added that singers should not be threatened by competition because each one of them is unique in his own way. “May kanya-kanyang boses kaya lahat magagaling.”

At present, Jovit said that he is now getting used to a hectic schedule, what with his many singing engagements.

He added that because of his countless commitments, there are instances when his singing voice gets overworked. However, he is thankful that aside from these minor discomforts, he has not yet had a failed performance. “Pahinga lang po [ang kailangan],” he said.
