Judy Ann Santos talks about her commitment to losing weight before she returns to work.

, Judy Ann Santos revealed that she is losing her post-pregnancy weight with the help of the Cohen diet. During her launch as the newest endorser of Del Monte Pineapple last April 30, the 32-year-old actress admitted that the new diet, which she was trying for the first time, has already helped her lose as much as 12 pounds within the first three weeks of being on the diet. According to the Cohen’s lifestyle clinic official website, the diet is an individually-tailored program based specifically on blood test results that helps its participants rapidly lose weight in a safe and healthy way. Juday had previously admitted she would be going on a diet, but did not immediately disclose other details. Now, she is more open about how she is losing weight. “Diet ako talaga

Juday said she is still allowed to eat a wide variety of food with some restrictions. “For me, I can’t eat pork. Some fishes lang, hindi ako puwede ng

poultry, chicken and turkey lang
. I eat the breast part. ‘Pag sa
meat, veal and steak lang. May mga
choices at list of vegetables na puwede rin ako
but it’s not like South Beach [diet] na hindi ka na puwede ng
fruits. So allowed ako ng mga
two fruits a day. Tapos
five crackers a day. And I’m allowed to have three sodas a day. So it’s really not that bad,” she explained.
After giving birth to baby Lucho last year, Juday said she took the opportunity to really enjoy different kinds of food after years of being on a constant diet. “When I got pregnant, I was 116 or 120 pounds. When I gave birth, I ballooned to 161. Nag
