Ryan Bang denies leaving the Philippines because of 'Showtime' eviction

101711-ryan-main.jpgAfter his controversial eviction as a Hurado on Showtime last week, Ryan Bang sits down in an interview with Toni Gonzaga on The Buzz to share what has happened to him since that emotional day. Ryan has been a Hurado for a year on the show that’s why he could not help but cry when he was booted out of the Showtime panel of judges. His mother, who is living in South Korea, even sent a message to her son, saying she misses him and she’s very proud of him. Ryan was teary-eyed after hearing her voice during the VTR.

Ryan continues to relate how his mother felt after learning of his eviction on the talent show. “Worry na worry siya. Mag-isa lang ako dito. Wala akong kapatid. So sabi ko nasa Showtime pa ako. Sabi niya ‘Tanga, napanood ko sa Youtube!’ Sabi ko, ‘Ay napanood mo na pala,” he comically explains, eliciting laughs from the audience.

When asked about Vice Ganda, whom he calls his mother in the Philippines, Ryan says he couldn’t ask for more from a friend like the comedian.

Ryan was surprised to hear though that there are rumors that because of his eviction from Showtime, he will be going back to his home country by the end of the year. “Hindi. Sa December kasi punta si Jason (Francisco) and Melai (Cantiveros) for vacation.
