Baron Geisler apologizes to Cherry Pie Picache

Baron Geisler finally apologized to Cherry Pie Picache for allegedly touching her breasts on the set of their teleserye Noah.'nbsp; In his exclusive interview with Karen Davila aired on the ANC program Headstart dated January 21, Baron said, "You know, I do not want to talk about that anymore. But I would like to apologize to Miss Pie. If I touched her or grabbed her in any way na she felt violated or offended, I'm very sorry, Miss Pie. I was just doing my job po. I have no intention to put you in that position or to make you feel that way na ma-offend po kayo. I'm very sorry, Miss Pie."

Last week Cherry Pie sent a complaint letter to ABS-CBN management and the Philippine Artists Managers Incorporated (PAMI) after the incident happened. The Kapamilya network immediately acted on the matter by removing Baron from the teleserye, while PAMI had recently released a sanction prohibiting any talents whose managers are members of PAMI from working with Baron and recommending that the controversial actor undergo rehabilitation for his alcohol addiction and other psychological issues.

Also in his interview on Headstart, Baron apologized to the whole showbiz industry who got offended by his actions. "Right know I want to apologize to the entire industry for my actions. Sa lahat, sa director, sa producer, sa lahat. And I'm going to do my best to behave and just to be proper because I'd rather be addicted to my work because I love it. I love acting so much. It's really my passion and sometimes when I do things differently, parang...next time I will be more careful. Ako kasi, kaya ako naja-judge, kasi when I'm on the set, I just become the character."

He explained though why he appeared on the set of Noah intoxicated when the incident with Cherry Pie happened.'nbsp; "I was supposed to do a film with Brillante Mendoza and I was going to work with this French actress. Napakaganda ng role. I studied the character for two months. Muslim Abu Sayyaf dapat ako. I studied Asura Al-Fatiha. You know, I just felt angry that they didn't give me the chance to do it because that's my dream project. Kasi dadalhin sa Cannes."

'nbsp;

"We had to shoot the last moments of Noah like last two weeks. I felt bad kasi sobrang dinibdib ko. I wasn't eating much because I have to lose weight. At 'yong shooting na 'yon we will be shooting chronologically for one month straight. And then biglang patay na din ako sa 'Noah'. So somehow I'm very angry,"

'nbsp;

Baron expressed his disappointment with himself because of what happened. "Siguro I was angry din sa sarili ko why I gave so much passion and attention doon sa film 'cause I really worked hard to study the character."

'nbsp;

He revealed that he is already taking steps to correct his actions by first undergoing an immediate and intensive rehabilitation program. "I believe during my 90-day rehab, I believe I will do everything to really absorb everything and to understand myself, and to understand my demons, my problems 'cause I really want to change. I'm not doing this para makabalik ako sa showbiz. I'm not doing this para i-forgive ako ng mga tao. I'm doing this to forgive myself and just to love myself more and to take care of myself.

"So that's the reason why I'm going through everything. But thank you sa industry for making me realize things. I don't want to make promises because I might fall off the wa
