Jericho Rosales believes that he and Cesca Litton will do just fine no matter what happens between them.
For the first time, Jericho Rosales admitted that he and Cesca Litton are going through a rough patch right now. He even acknowledged the fact that a lot of their supporters really felt bad about their sudden breakup. "Actually, medyo madami talaga akong pinagdadaanan sa ngayon. But I am glad you people are there [for me]. And of course si Cesca, I wish her all the best and for everyone na nagmamahal kay Cesca and sa akin. I want to apologize dun sa mga taong na-involve na medyo na-move or nasaktan sa pangyayari sa amin. People on Twitter, lahat silang mga nagte-text, I love you guys, thank you very much," he said in an interview with Push.com.ph and other ABS-CBN reporters during the Second Star Awards for Music held last October 10.
But whether or not they have parted ways for good, Jericho'rsquo;s respect for Cesca was evident since he was sensitive enough not to give too much details about what they'rsquo;re going through as a couple. "One of these days I am pretty sure Cesca and I will talk. I know you guys want to know kung anong estado ng personal na buhay ko. Thank you for being concerned but I mean no disrespect. I just want to keep this to myself and of course itatabi na lang namin ni Cesca para sa aming dalawa. But hindi naman kami masyadong nahirapan dun sa sitwasyon namin. We'rsquo;re going to be okay."
When asked if he'rsquo;s dedicating his Star Awards'rsquo; Song of The Year Award to her, Jericho merely said that she has been a good influence on him ever since they started dating early this year. "I have a lot of inspiration. Of course kasama na siya dun. If we want to talk about Cesca specifically, of course she has helped me in many ways. Si Cesca, she's a very good person, she has a good heart, she has a good head... She has taught me a lot. She pushed me to trust myself and my passion for songwriting as well. She believed in the song 'lsquo;Pusong Ligaw'rsquo; (carrier single of his album Change under Star Records). I remember that kasi gustong-gusto niya yun e."
As to the rumors that there'rsquo;s a third party involved in their breakup, Jericho was quick to clarify that Andi Eigenmann had nothing to do with it at all. He couldn'rsquo;t help but be amused though at the young actress'rsquo;s admission that she used to call his name whenever she passes by his house in their village. "No truth to that na lumalabas kami. Hindi ko nga alam e kung paano yun nag-start e. Pero yun, natawa lang ako dun sa comment niya. But yeah, I'rsquo;ve said this before, I'rsquo;m willing to work with her if given the chance," he beamed.
At the end of the interview, Jericho maintained that there'rsquo;s nothing to worry about him because his faith and zest for life keep him strong. "There are so many reasons for me to be happy and to rejoice. Of course nand'rsquo;yan yung mga taong patuloy na sumusuporta sa akin. No matter what happens, there'rsquo;s always joy in my heart. In everything I do, I learn from it. Sa lahat e, kung may pagkakamali ako, I will learn from it, ganon naman ako e. God makes me strong. That'rsquo;s it."
