Pokwang wants people to give Pilipinas Win na Win a chance

Pokwang is looking on the bright side, even if Pilipinas Win na Win co-host Kris Aquino is saying goodbye to the show. She said that she still feels fortunate that their show will continue to air.

The comedienne'rsquo;s mood turned a bit defiant when asked how she feels about Pilipinas Win na Win being compared to the top-rating noontime show rival. Pokwang stressed that unlike their competitor, which has been running for three decades, Pilipinas Win na Win is just a few months old. She also cited her previous hit show, Wowowee, which started weak in the beginning before it took off and became a top-rating show.

She also revealed that ratings are not being discussed by the show'rsquo;s staff and everyone is just being encouraged to give their best.

Pokwang also shared that she is no longer hugely affected anymore when it comes to negative write-ups about her. She said that she has gotten used to it already and that what is important to her is that she is not hurting anyone. "Walang artista na hindi dumating sa ganyan. As long as wala akong minumura sa trabaho, wala akong binabato, na hindi ako nakikipag-ano sa talent fee, 'lsquo;yun ang masasabi ko. Ako pa rin ang dating Powkie, na hindi ako nagpapa-pack up ng show, na hindi ako nale-late."
