Aniya, “I believe that theater is one of the best places to experience live entertainment in a setting that is magical. Such a magical place na talagang everything is so controlled and dynamic, it changes lives, hindi lang ako ang nagsasabi. Nung napanood ko yung pinsan ko sa The Lion, The Witch and The Wardrobe it changed my life, I want to do theater.”

Dagdag pa niya, “Theater for me is an art form na talagang everyone should experience. People work so hard in the theater rehearsing for months just to do a show and everyone is talented, everyone is hardworking. As for your question, it’s going back to what I love to do. I love it also going back to my roots also. Its something na hindi mawawala sa akin na I will always go back to.”

“Yeah kasi you know why, minsan when I do other projects nga sa sobrang busy ng schedule hindi ko naggagawa excellently kasi parang pinapasok-pasok na lang ako. Pero in the theater, in the process of doing a theater play, your two months has to be blocked off. Your mind has to be there, your body has to be prepared, your voice has to be prepared, you have to know your lines. Hindi lang yung you have the script now, you learn it your own, you’re on national TV.”

“Unfortunately that’s the way it goes here doing teleseryes, three times a week and you do movies in between and you do ASAP so yung mind mo it’s all over the place. In the theater okay cancel all that. Take everything out, you are an empty shell, you are Rama Hari, you are a god king. And then I go out Christian again, and I go back in.”

I believe na I am really built for stage, that is a strength of mine I believe. At kung talagang may magandang role that would push me to another level I will take it.”

At nang hiningan ng Push si Christian ng reaksiyon sa kaunting panahon na siya ay namahinga, “Well we have our days sometimes we are planning, preparing and now we are back.” “Very exciting, why? Because it is a remake of the original Filipino ballet musical set dati pa nung ‘80s na sina Basil (Valdez) at Kuh (Ledesma) ang gumawa, Ryan Caybyab, National Artists ang bumuo nitong ballet musical na ito. I am so happy that I was chosen to be Rama.”
