Maja Salvador on the extension of ‘Wildflower’ to 2018: ‘Thankful, grateful, tsaka blessed’

Maja Salvador was delighted to have Zsa Zsa Padilla join the cast of the hit afternoon soap WildFlower. The actress remarked that Zsa Zsa has captured the interest of many of their viewers as she plays the character of Red Dragon.

“We are very happy na pumasok si Ms. Zsa Zsa sa aming show na Wildflower. Siyempre parte na siya at sa galing din ng aming writers and directors and of course [ni] Ms. Zsa Zsa talagang napakahusay na artista rin so talagang kinakapitan,” she said.

She added that the viewers have also been loving the look of Zsa Zsa’s character on the soap.

Maja is thankful that Wildflower has been extended until next year.

Asked if she considers Wildflower as the pinnacle of her career, she replied, “Maraming beses naman po na nagkaroon ng chance ‘yung career ko kasi hindi ‘yung nandon, ‘yung ganon ‘yung parang yearly maingay ‘yung name hindi eh. Pero happy po ako kasi ‘yung dahan-dahan lang at tsaka mag 15 years na ako this coming Feb sa industry. Sobrang malaking achievement na po ‘yun sa akin at kahit anong estado ko pa po sa industry, okay lang as long as I am still here in the industry, nagpapasaya pa rin ako,” she stated.
